Greg’s fresh orange cranapple relish

a bag of cranberries, an apple and an orange x2
first wash the fresh cranberries, drain in colander
use a food processor to puree the cranberries

peel and chop your apple, braeburn or honeycrisp are good
Grate the orange peel – we use a microplaner juice the orange
blend the cranberries, apple chunks, orange peel and juice plus honey to taste
