This was taken just before leaving for the solstice concert at the UCC church in Hackensack. (Songs of Peace on the Winter Solstice)

Happy girl!

(k) These photos were captured by Greg who braved 40 below zero wind chill to venture outside. In my Florida-girl-drama-queen moments, I like to think of it as 72 degrees below freezing.

So what comes after forgiveness?

First a vacant stillness in the place where I carried the hurt and anger.  Just echoey empty space.

A day or so after forgiving Bush, came a flood of overwhelming compassion. Compassion for a man I was furious with.

Eight years of anger, gone in a flash of forgiveness.

I feel free.

Forgiveness – I highly recommend it. 🙂
